Kitchen DesignerTamara creates beautiful, functional spaces tailored to the way each client lives. With 16 years of experience in kitchen design, she combines creative vision with practical expertise, guiding every project from initial concept through to the final details.
Known for thoughtful layouts, quality finishes, and a keen eye for detail, Tamara transforms kitchens into welcoming, hardworking spaces that feel both timeless and personal.
Outside of work, hobbies include family and sport. You'll often find Tamara on the netball court, cheering from the sidelines at children's sporting events, or making the most of Central Otago's spectacular outdoors.
Andre McColgan
Operations Manager Our Operations Manager's journey has taken him from crafting fine furniture in the south of New Zealand to working on premium Italian joinery projects in Australia. After making Cromwell home, he stepped away from the industry for a time to become a qualified carpenter, eventually combining his hands-on experience with leadership skills in project management.
Outside of work life revolves around family, weekends spent supporting the kids at sport and making the most of the outdoors hunting and diving when he can.

Head JoinerA proud Cromwell local, Culum brings more than 30 years of experience in the joinery industry and a lifelong passion for quality craftsmanship. His extensive knowledge, attention to detail, and hands-on approach ensure every project is delivered to the highest standard.
As Head Joiner, Culum takes pride in creating beautiful, functional joinery that stands the test of time. Outside of work, you'll find him supporting the Cromwell Goats, enjoying classic cars, exploring the outdoors, and spending quality time with family.

Dee Copeland brings exceptional creativity and years of interior design experience to every project, crafting beautiful, functional spaces. As an accomplished New Zealand artist and seasoned designer, she is passionate about delivering interiors that feel truly unique.
A proud Cromwell local and long‑established business owner, Dee is committed to supporting the community she calls home. Her artistic eye, attention to detail, and genuine love for design shine through in every space she creates.
When she’s off duty, you’ll often find Dee in her studio painting late into the night, or enjoying good wine, and having a giggle with friends and family.
